CLIENT GOAL: Renovate and modify Panama City resort into a destination property.

SOLUTION: Provided for the largest units in one condo/hotel complex on the Gulf Coast. Increased the use of beachfront property by locating all back-of-house services and parking across US Hwy. 98. Worked closely with the USDOT to approve a pedestrian bridge linking the hotel towers and parking structure.
