St. Lucia National Vision Plan

CLIENT GOAL:  Create a tourism vision plan for St. Lucia at the request of The Minister of Tourism and the Prime Minister’s office.

SOLUTION: Created a 15-year vision plan as a roadmap for the future development of the island’s tourism, hospitality, and cruise industry growth.
